Terms and conditions

Miles&Smiles’ Miles advantage is exclusive to Elite World Club and Miles&Smiles members.
In order to earn miles, the booking must be made through the www.ewhr.com website or directly with the hotel via the contact information.
During check-in at the hotel, the member must present their Miles&Smiles TK number or digital card / member number.
Miles are not available for hourly or daily hotel use.
Miles are earned per stay. You can earn Miles only once during your stays on consecutive days.
If more than one member uses the same room, only one member earns Miles for the stay.
It may take some time for your hotel stays to be reflected in your Miles&Smiles membership account. In the event of a problem, your hotel bill must be submitted to the hotel where you have stayed.
