A new decision by the Turkish Ministry of Health requires the filling out of an “Electronic Form” for those who will travel to Turkey. As per the decision, the form should be filled out at least 72 hours prior to the journey, and the passenger should keep the form with them.

This form should be shown to the airlines representative before boarding the plane. It should be either printed, or downloaded or saved on a device such as a smartphone.

Please make sure that you have the necessary information and documents related to your identity and travel before you start filling out the form. Transit passengers who will travel to another country via Turkey do not need to fill out this form.

In order to create healthy and safe areas for our valued guests and colleagues, we continue our collaboration with the world's leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company "SGS", which we have worked with since 2015, on the areas of Health, Hygiene and Environment, which are integral parts of our Quality Policy, at an increasing pace under preventive health measures in the fight against the coronavirus (Covid-19).

Since the day our company was founded, we have been using the products, and applying the training and standards of Ecolab, a global brand in cleaning products, at all our hotels. We are diversifying our range of procured services by improving our cooperation with international brands, with which we work in areas such as food safety, technical maintenance and ventilation, in this new period.

Since the declaration of Covid-19 news to the public and the first day when a case was announced in our country, the developments have been closely followed and all possibilities were evaluated at the highest level; and the necessary measures have been taken in line with the guidance of the World Health Organization, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services.

In this process; a special team including our healthcare professionals and food engineers was created. This team, which we called the Elite World CARE (Covid-19 Anti Risk Team), fully revises our Elite World Hotels Regulation on Coronavirus Facility Management Applications, which was created as a result of the guidance of the relevant ministries and institutions as well as its own know-how and experience; ensures its implementation in the relevant areas; and ensures that the process of the works carried out in this respect are monitored and checked by the "Internal Audit and Risk Assessment" department.

We have been closely following each stage of the processes of the crisis on the novel coronavirus Covid-19, which has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization, and we implement and control our practices in stages so that our facilities are ready to return to normal in the normalization stage, and to ensure that the measures we have taken with a zero-tolerance perspective can be maintained.

We are pleased to inform you that we have taken all the necessary actions to be able to provide an excellent experience and hygiene service for our guests in consideration of Covid-19 by reviewing all our processes, and such actions will be revised based on any new regulation.
