The Elite World Hotels Group has since day one been closely tracking the latest developments on the Covid-19 pandemic that has ripped through the world with also a few cases detected in Turkey. Since its foundation, the Group has made every effort to ensure that hygiene and cleanliness standards in our hotels are maintained at the highest level to protect the health and safety of our guests and staff.

Considering the situation we find ourselves in, we have taken all necessary additional measures by assessing the possible scenarios at the highest level, in accordance with the instructions of the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health of Republic of Turkey.

• Our entire staff is regularly informed about the comprehensive hygiene procedures they need to implement, both in terms of their health and the safety of our guests.

• In all our hotels, common areas such as lobbies, elevators, toilets and all staff/guest rooms are routinely and with increasing frequency disinfected by our specially trained staff who only use products at global standards and implement the Antibacterial Nano-Hygiene System in accordance with strictly defined rules.

• In our kitchens, all necessary precautions have been taken to maintain the highest standards of hygiene for the food and beverage services offered in our hotels and to protect the health of our kitchen staff.

• More antibacterial hand sanitizers have been made available in common areas, which both employees and guests can easily access.

Elite World Hotels will continue to take all actions approved by the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health and to maintain the highest level of precautions, in order to create healthy and safe areas for its employees and guests.

We believe that, thanks to the measures employed and the early intervention plans, Turkey will get through this difficult situation at the earliest possible time with the least damage.
