The Formula 1 Grand Prix was held for the first time in Turkey in 2005, and the speed record holder has not changed since then: Colombian driver Juan Pablo Montoya still holds the fastest on the track with a time of 1'24,770.
Felipe Massa, who won the Turkish Grand Prix three times between 2006 and 2008, is one of the pilots who won this race the most. Felipe Massa was racing for the Ferrari team while winning the races. Drivers other than Kimi Räikkönen, Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel, Daniel Ricciardo, and Sergio Perez, who had previously competed in the Turkish Grand Prix, competed for the first time in 2020.
