     Ingredients

  • 2 leeks

  • 1 small celery

  • 1 piece of celery stalk

  • 1 bundle of small broccoli

  • 6-7 stems of spinach

  • 1 medium size carrot

  • 1 medium size potato

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 medium size onion

Sort and clean all the ingredients. Then finely chop the vegetables. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and add about 1.5 liters of water and two tablespoons of olive oil.
