Our vast selection of programs are tailored to those on the go with express rituals as well as for those of you who choose a leisurely pace and want a moment to reconnect within or simply time to relax and indulge in our peaceful environment.

The symbiotic relationship between nature and self awareness propelled us to encompass challenging yet inspiring programs for body mind and spirit. We’ve integrated unique indoor and in-Nature training programs and seminars all year round in collaboration with our team of industry professionals and experienced facilitators and speakers.

Women's and adults' pools are not available during holidays, semesters, public holidays and New Year's Eve. All pools are used as mixed family pools.

We design our programs in a wide range with our express care for those who are in a constant rush and to our guests who want to refresh by taking their time or who want to relax and pamper themselves in a tranquil environment.

Based upon the common relationship between nature and self-awareness, assertive and inspiring programs for physical and mental health are designed for our guests. We provide unique indoor and outdoor training programs and seminars that are combined with each other throughout the year, in cooperation with our team of outstanding experts, experienced managers and speakers.

FIT LIFE SPA

Fit Life SPA Center: Provides service between 09.00 – 22.00.

The entry hall and general area use are free of charge.

Fit Life Fitness Center: Serves between 08:00 and 22:00. (Guests over the age of 16 are allowed in this region.)

Fit Life SPA Wellness Center Facilities:

Indoor Pools

Mixed Adult Pool: Mixed adult pool is available for guests over the age of 16 and a jacuzzi in the region. The pool water temperature is between 26-27 degrees on average.

Mixed Family Pool: Mixed family pool that can be used by all age groups. Children aged between 0-6 are not allowed to use the pool without wearing swim diapers. The pool water temperature is between 26-27 degrees on average. The responsibility of the children in this region belongs to their parents.

Women-only Pool: Inside the women-only pool, our female guests can only use this range with their daughters. Boys over the age of 6 are not allowed in this range. Children aged between 0-6 are not allowed to use the pool without wearing swim diapers. The pool water temperature is between 26-27 degrees on average. The responsibility of the children in this region belongs to their parents.

Women's and adults' pools are not available during holidays, semesters, public holidays and New Year's Eve. All pools are used as mixed family pools.

Outdoor Pools (Summer Season)

Lagoon Swimming Pool (inside the SPA Centre): This swimming pool is located outdoors and contains 20% salt water, heated, which can be used by guests of all ages. Children that are not wearing swim diapers are not allowed in the lagoon pool. Since there is no children's pool in this region, the responsibility of the children belongs to their parents. The pool is heated during the winter season, not in the summer season. The water of the lagoon pool is in the range of 30-34 degrees on average during the winter season.

Our lagoon swimming pool will start to be heated as of October 1.

Mixed Outdoor Pool: Guests of all ages can use this pool. Children under the age of 12 can only use this region with their parents. Children aged between 0-6 are not allowed to use the pool without wearing swim diapers. The responsibility of children in this region belongs to their parents. (It is only available during the summer season.)

Children's Pool: Children can use this pool. Children aged between 0-6 are not allowed to use the pool without wearing swim diapers. The responsibility of children in this region belongs to their parents. (It is only available during the summer season.)

Aquapark: This pool is for children over 6 years old. It is obligatory to follow the rules of the Aquapark in this pool. The responsibility of children in this region belongs to their parents. (It is only available during the summer season.)

Relax Pool (Adults-only Pool): This is an adults-only pool that can only be used by guests over the age of 16. (It is only available during the summer season.)

Adult pools are indoor and heated pools that only our guests over the age of 16 are allowed to use. There is also a jacuzzi and a waterbed in the pool region.
