Elite World Istanbul continues to make its guests happy holding a range of events. At The Brasserie Restaurant in Elite World Istanbul, guests will experience the traditional dishes of Anatolian cuisine specially presented, on Local Food Days from March 14-31.
In this special menu, the famous Ala Soup of Antalya and Lebeniye Soup of Gaziantep stand out while guests get to taste the delicacies of Eskişehir, Isparta and Şanlıurfa cuisines savoring Çi Borek, Borani and Kibbeh as appetizers.
The main dishes of this special feast include Tantuni, Alinazik, Büryan Kebab, Tirit Islama with Chicken and Zade Kebab. Elite World Istanbul’s food festival ends with Haytalya and the special Pumpkin Pudding of Kilis and Ordu respectively.
