YOGA

Improve flexibility, strength, and posture. Daily yoga practice will help stretch, tone your body ad strengthen your muscles while promoting better fitness, allows for easier weight loss and maintenance. Increase vitality, teaches you how to breath which in turn reduces stress and induces an overall happier being and connects you with your body for a more Mindful you. HATHA, VINYASA, YIN YOGA (.60 min / .90 min )

TAI-CHI

The martial art is an ancient Chinese tradition that has evolved over centuries. To its advocates, it has become a means 
of alleviating stress and anxiety and can be seen as a form of "meditation in motion." Its supporters claim that it promotes serenity and inner peace.  
Tai chi is a non-competitive martial art known for its health benefits. It combines gentle physical exercise and stretching with mindfulness. 
Tai chi can improve balance control, fitness, and flexibility, and can help reduce the risk of falls in older people. (.60min / .90min)

QI-GONG

Qigong (pronounced: chee-gun), which combines meditative and physically active elements, is the basic exercise system within Chinese medicine.  Qigong exercises are designed to help you preserve your Jing, strengthen and balance the flow of Qi energy and enlighten your Shen.

MEDITATION

Let our professional mediation practitioners guide you into a state of pure relaxation. In each session you will learn how to allow thoughts to flow through you how to let go of toxic thought patterns that no longer serve you and will guide you to a place of peace and beauty allowing you a renewed understanding of your daily life and help give you a new perspective on life in general. CHAKRA BALANCING

The 7 main energy centers in the body are located from the crown of the head to the sacral bone. Each Chakra correlates to a specific body area 
and can also house our emotional and mental strengths and weaknesses. Experiencing any form of physically ailment or emotional imbalance can 
be an indication of unbalanced Chakras. This ritual will assist you to identify and clear your blocked Chakras and allow you to move forward in your 
daily life with clarity. 

STRESS REDUCTION

Our Stress reduction program is dedicated for those of you who feel the heaviness of daily routines. It is designed to take you from stress to bliss.
