Being the only leader in a startup can mean the end
Having a single leader can be a good way to get things done quickly. But there is also the complete opposite of this. An order based on one person can also cause problems. One of the most common mistakes in the startups is assigning leadership qualities to one person. The system can be completely disrupted if the person pulls away from the business with problems that are not in his control.

When we look at the most successful initiatives, we see that these initiatives have experience in the industry they are in. Therefore, either a startup must be experienced in that sector, or the market must be well known and explored before commencement.

There are two types of startups: those who can change and those who cannot adapt to change. Those who can are able to see the advantages and disadvantages immediately and adapt whilst does who can’t remain loyal to their initial idea out of being emotional. Hence you can think of your startup as thoughts, as thoughts may always change. Do not be afraid of change, you will not be betraying your startup.
