OUR MEETING SERVICES

  1. At the meeting halls, the seats have been so arranged to allow at least 1m distance between all guests.
  2. At the meeting halls, there are signs and warnings about keeping the social distance.
  3. At the meeting halls, spaces have been so demarcated to allow just one person per four square meters. This practice also applies for the meeting hall staff.
  4. At the entrance of the meeting hall, temperatuee check are made and name records are taken.
  5. No entries are allowed without a mask; guests without a mask are given one.
  6. At the entry to the meeting halls, hand disinfectants/antiseptics have been placed.
  7. At the meeting rooms, there are no decoration items, pieces of paper, pens, brochures etc. intended for common use.
  8. Food and beverages are served with single-use cutlery, glasses and closed bottles.
  9. Snacks are served in single-use packaging.
  10. Meeting halls are disinfected and cleaned daily and regularly ventilated.
  11. At the meeting halls, surfaces are often cleaned and disinfected, particularly those that are often touched. 
  12. The technical equipment in the meeting halls is disinfected before and after each event.
  13. The ventilation of the meeting rooms with central ventilation systems has been so arranged to ensure fresh air circulation.
  14. Ventilation system maintenance and filter changes are carried out according to the manufacturer’s recommendations, and air conditioners and fans are not used.
  15. Our cleaning staff use medical masks and gloves.
  16. All staff responsible for the meeting halls have a hygiene training certificate approved by the Hotel Association of Turkey and are fully knowledgeable about safe disinfection and cleaning procedures to serve guests in the best way possible.
  17. All hygiene precautions and social distancing measures have been taken at the prayer rooms.
