Face Yoga Techniques by Facial Regions

Lip Contour

First, remove the wrinkles around the lips, take a deep breath, and fill your mouth with air.

After standing in this way for about 20 seconds, you can complete the exercise by doing another set.

This exercise, which is quite simple to do, reduces the lines on the lips when done regularly.

 

Neck and Lower Cheek

First, tilt your head back, facing up.

When you tilt your head back, you will feel the muscles in your neck area tense.

When your muscles are tense, take your lips into a kiss position by contracting.

In this way, wait for about 20 seconds.

You can do this exercise in 3 sets of 20 seconds.

In this way, your neck muscles work and stretch, and your lower cheek muscles become more robust.

 

Eyebrow Circumference

Lift your eyebrows while keeping your index fingers steadily at your eyebrows.

While holding your eyebrows, massage in a slow, circular motion.

Continue doing the same movements after taking a break for about 5 minutes.

Forehead Area

As in the first set, stick your tongue to your upper palate and tilt your head back.

Then lift your chin and squeeze for about 10 seconds.

After 10 seconds, exhale and come to the starting position.

Finally, apply the same movement by turning your head to the right.

 

You can repeat each set three times to tighten your neck area.

 

 

 

Around the eyes

 

First, put your two palms on the forehead area, covering your eyes.

 

Then lower and raise your eyebrows.

 

Do not neglect to breathe deep while doing this movement.

 

Then, by looking down, make your eyelids stretch and hold your breath for 10 seconds by frowning.

 

You can repeat this exercise 3 times and reduce the lines around the eyes.
