Definitely wake up early
Most of us have to get up early because of school, work or responsibilities. But this is not what we are talking about. What we are talking about is getting up early before our responsibilities. Thus, if you leave your house at 8, try to wake up at 7. Because it can take time to wake up, which is called the first step of the day. Trying to get out of the house in 15 minutes and in a quick manner is a bad start. After you are awake, you should be able to take a breath, sip on your coffee and prepare in a relaxed manner. Spare time in the mornings for things you like
