8 SPECIAL BREAD RECIPES YOU CAN MAKE EASILY AT HOME

As we have had to spend more time at home lately, most of us have taken on new occupations. One of them was to make warm, lovely fresh bread at home. Would you like to taste different flavors other than baked bread? Here are some fantastic recipes that no one will ever give up making!

 

1. Brioche Bread (Famous French Bread)

Brioche Ekmeği

Materials:

Milk: 80 ml (at room temperature)

Eggs: 4 pieces

Butter: 200 grams

Salt: 2 dessert spoons

Sugar: 70 grams

White flour: 575 grams

Dry yeast: 1 tablespoon
 

Preparation:

Mix the milk, egg, and melted and warmed butter.

Then other ingredients are added and kneaded.

After giving shape, it is baked in a 200-degree oven.

 

2. Mediterranean Bread

Materials:

Water: 500 ml (at room temperature)

Salt: 2 dessert spoons

White flour: 550 grams

Rye flour: 150 grams

Capari: 60 grams

Seedless green olives: 100 grams

Dry yeast: 4 dessert spoons

Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Tomatoes: 1 piece

Rock salt: 1 tablespoon

 

Preparation:

Mix the water, salt, and flour, and add the green olives with capers. Then add the dry yeast and knead. After shaping your Bread and putting it in the oven, slice the tomato.

If your Bread is hardened enough, apply olive oil to it.

After adding the tomatoes, sprinkle the salt and put it back in the oven.

Your Bread is ready after about 10 minutes.

 

3. Energetic Bread

Materials:

Water: 360 ml (at room temperature)

Salt: 2 dessert spoons

White flour: 375 grams

Rye flour: 75 grams

Whole wheat flour: 75 grams

Sesame: 1 tablespoon

Poppyseed: 1 tablespoon

Flax seeds: 1 tablespoon

Seeded sunflower seeds: 2 tablespoons

Walnuts: 50 grams

Dry yeast: 1 dessert spoon

 

Preparation:

 Mix all the ingredients except the yeast.

After adding the last yeast and kneading it, shape the dough.

Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.

 

4. Ciabatta (Italian Bread)

Ciabatta

Materials:

Water: 450 ml (at room temperature)

Olive oil: 5 tablespoons

Salt: 2 teaspoons

White flour: 760 grams

Dry yeast: 2 dessert spoons

Plus tablespoons of olive oil for cooking

 

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients except the flour and yeast. Then add flour and yeast and knead well.

Divide the dough into eight meringues and form the Bread and place it on a tray.

Cover it with a clean cloth and let it rise for 1 hour.

At the end of an hour, brush olive oil on your loaves of Bread.

Put your loaves of Bread in the preheated 220-degree oven and place a bowl of water.

Bake for about 30 minutes.

 

5. Farm Bread

Materials:

Water: 500 ml (at room temperature)

Salt: 2 dessert spoons

White flour: 400 grams

Rye flour: 150 grams

Bran flour: 150 grams

Dry yeast: 1 dessert spoon

 

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients in a kneading bowl. Add the yeast last.

After shaping, bake in the oven at 230 degrees for 50 minutes.

You can check it with a toothpick or knife so that there is no paste inside.

 

6. Baguette Bread with Sunflower Seeds

Materials:

Eggs: 3 pieces

Butter: 50 grams

Sugar: 3 tablespoons

Salt: 1 dessert spoon

White flour: 210 grams

Rye flour: 40 grams

Dry yeast one dessert spoon

Sunflower seeds: 35 grams

 

Preparation:

Mix the eggs, butter, sugar, and salt. Then add the flour and yeast and knead.

Then add the sunflower seeds and knead again.

Make 15 meringues from the dough.

After giving the meringue the shape of Bread, scratch it with a knife.

Leave it to cook for 25 minutes in an oven at 200 degrees.

 

7. Green Tea and Date Bread

Materials:

Green tea: 600 ml (It must be brewed and cooled)

White flour: 450 grams

Bran flour: 250 grams

Date: 100 grams

Salt: 2 teaspoons

Dry yeast: 2 dessert spoons

Sesame: 20 grams

 

Preparation: 

Mix the green tea, half of the flour, dates, and salt. Add the remaining flour and yeast and knead.

After shaping the loaves of Bread, bake in an oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.

Do not forget to sprinkle chopped dates and sesame seeds 15 minutes before removing your loaves of Bread!

 

8.Dutch Bread

Materials:

Water: 375 ml (at room temperature)

Salt: 2 teaspoons

White flour: 375 grams

Rye flour: 115 grams

Whole wheat flour: 40 grams

String cheese: 150 grams

Poppy seeds: 40 grams

Dry yeast: 1 dessert spoon

 

Preparation:

Add water, salt, and all the ingredients together with the cheese you have cut the wire and knead.

After you shape it, you can sprinkle poppy seeds on it if you wish.

Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven for 40 minutes.
