8 PHYSICAL EXERCISES YOU CAN DO IN EXTREME TEMPERATURES WITHOUT GETTING TIRED

We tend to move less in summer as it brings along high temperatures which cause fatigue, exhaustion and some kind of depression. In summer we generally reduce the amount of our routine exercises. This is because we get tired faster than normal as we sweat more due to hot weather. But, are we doing the right thing by putting a limit to our physical exercises because of extreme temperatures? Experts argue that we shouldn’t take physical exercise out of our routines in summer, saying that regular physical exercise regulates the rate of our metabolism, supports digestion, and helps with physical and mental health. In fact, all these benefits make physical exercise necessary in summer. The only thing to watch out for is that you should exercise early in the morning or late in the afternoon to avoid the heat. But, of course, still you shouldn’t force your body too much! Here are some physical exercises you can do in extreme temperatures without getting tired!

If you are going to walk outside though make sure that you walk early in the morning or late in the afternoon when the sun effects less. Cycling is another good physical exercise you can do either outside or inside during summer months.
