As the summer heat continues suffocating us, we all tend to prefer cold food and cold desserts. It is actually good for us to consume light foods and light desserts in summer because our digestive system works less. Moreover, these kinds of foods are as tasty as they are light. 1. Grilled pineapple

  • 1 large pineapple
  • 500 g vanilla ice cream

Pour the flour, starch, sugar and milk into a pot and whip them while cooking until it has the consistency of a pudding. After it is cooked, add vanilla and stir. Then pour the pudding into the glasses. Allow 15 minutes for them to cool off then cover them with stretch film and store them in the fridge for a day. Prepare the whipped cream with milk for the crema. Take the desserts out of the fridge, remove them from the cups, split them in half and cover them with the coconut. Then add cream between the two pieces. And your dessert is ready to be enjoyed!
 

3. Watermelon cake

As its name suggests, this could be the most pleasant dessert that can be consumed in hot weather! Here is how it is prepared..

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium sized watermelon
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • Half a cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of almonds

 

For the cream:

  • 2 packs of whipped cream
  • 3 tea cups of milk

 

Preparation:

Slice the watermelon from the top and bottom. Carve it into a cube shape and place it on a flat surface. This will allow you to use the peeled watermelon as a cake base. If you want to make a two-layer cake, you can split it in half, too. Prepare the whipped cream for your cake using milk and keep it in the fridge until it is frozen.   • 600 g strawberry
  • 1 spoonful of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1,5 cups of granulated sugar
  • 1,5 cups of water

 

Preparation:

First, pour the granulated sugar and water into a pot, stir and boil for about 10 minutes on a low heat. When it has the consistency of syrup, remove it from the cooker and let it cool off at room temperature. Slice the strawberries you have cleaned into small pieces and put them in a blender. Mix the strawberry puree with lemon juice and the cooled syrup mixture. Put the strawberry sorbet mixture into a sealed glass bowl and keep it at -18 ° C. Stir with a spoon every half an hour until it has a thick consistency. Continue doing so for 5-6 hours. For the jelly:

  • 1 pack of banana-flavored powdered jelly mixture
  • 2.5 cups of hot water
  • 2.5 cups of cold water

 

Preparation:

Peel the fruit, remove the seeds and slice them into small pieces. Then add the cherries, raspberries and blueberries into the mixture and mix them. Pour the fruit mixture into bowls. Ingredients:

  • 2 red apples
  • Half a pack of vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. of agave syrup
  • 12 walnuts
  • 2.5 glass of cherry juice
  • Half a pack of powdered vanilla pudding
  • 2.5 glass of milk
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp. of wheat starch
  • 1 Tbsp. of rice flour 
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

 

Preparation:

Peel the apples and grate them into the pot. Turn on the cooker and add the powdered vanilla into the pot. Wait for the apples to cool after they are cooked and sprinkle the walnuts and cinnamon over the top. Use another pot to dilute the wheat starch and the rice flour and cook by adding milk. Add the agave syrup and stir until it reaches the desired consistency. Take it off the cooker when it has the consistency of pudding. Add the apple mix and then the pudding into the serving cups. Let it cool at room temperature. Prepare the powder pudding mix in another pot and add the raspberry and cherry juice into the mixture instead of milk. Stir until it has the consistency of jelly. Take it off the cooker when it has a jelly consistency and put it in the blender. Then pour the sauce over the serving cups or the pudding. Bon Appetit!

Ingredients:

  • 6 Tbsp. of granulated sugar
  • Coarse ground nuts
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 pack of whipped cream
  • 200 g meringue 
  • 200 g cream
  • Dried fruits

 

Preparation:

For the toffee that you will add into the cake, put the granulated sugar in the pot and cook until it melts and has a caramel color. When you get the caramel color, pour it onto oiled paper, add the hazelnuts and wait for it to cool and then freeze. Stir by adding cold milk and whipped cream into another bowl. When it gets thick, add the cream and whip thoroughly. Put the meringues in another bowl and shred them into pieces. Add the whipped cream mixture on top and stir. Add the frozen toffee inside and add the dried fruit. Pour the mixture you have prepared into a cake mold lined with oiled paper. Keep the cake in the mold in the freezer for about 4-5 hours.
