7 TEA RECIPES FOR EDEMA

Edema is fluid accumulation the body. Edema causes swelling. Its mostly seen in the legs, feet, ankles, or hands. Excessive salt intake, inactivity, menopause, use of medicine, menstruation and pregnancy, and malnutrition can cause edema in various parts of the body. In these cases, you must get rid of the edema. Otherwise edema could spread to other parts of the body. In this article, we have brought together the natural tea recipes for you.   1. Apple Lemon Tea

7. Sage Tea with Apple
