The lovely district Kuzguncuk along the Bosphorus, in between the big plane trees, is one of the rare places where you can feel at peace. This cute neighborhood which you can reach with a 20-minute walk from Üsküdar creates the illusion of “this cannot be Istanbul”. Because the houses are not what we are used to. Colorful mansions, green areas makes one feel like as if you were at a different holiday destination. For this reason, on a weekend, you can walk in the magnificent streets of Kuzguncuk, take photos of colorful mansions and feel at peace at one of the cute cafes.
Within the boundaries of Kavacık, with a view of the forest and the lush ambiance, this natural wonder is one of the rare places where you can find peace and listen to yourself. If you wish, you can go for a walk in the forest, have breakfast or barbecue in one of the restaurants that are in nature. In fact, you can even find accommodation that is in Istanbul but also far from Istanbul! 4. Anadolu Kavağı
Anadolu Kavağı is also a popular place when it is nice weather. Therefore we recommend visiting during the week or the winter time for an ideal escape.
