With the temperature rise in summer, the water need of our body increases and this causes the need for cooling. So, cold water becomes our best friend during summer. 1. Iced tea

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pot of black tea
  • Some sugar or honey
  • 1 lemon’s juice
  • 10 ice cubes
  • Water

Preparation:

First, brew the tea and pour it in a jug after cooling a bit. Put the ice cubes inside. When the ice cubes melt, add lemon juice and honey or sugar. Add enough water to the mixture and keep it refrigerated for a few hours. You can serve it by putting ice in the glasses!

 

2. Mint and lemon sherbet

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp. of honey
  • 4 lemons’ juice

Ingredients:

  • 2 glasses of yogurt
  • 2 small beetroots 
  • 4 glasses of cold water

Preparation:

First, boil the beetroots and pulp them by using a blender after cooling. Add yogurt and mix. Prepare the buttermilk by adding yogurt. You can serve it with pomegranate seeds and ice.

Ingredients:

  • Ice tray
  • Filter coffee or Turkish coffee
  • 1/2 glass of cold milk
  • 1/2 coffee spoon of cinnamon

Prepare your coffee as you like in the amount to fill the ice tray. Pour the coffee in the ice tray and keep it in the freezer.  Add 1/2 coffee spoon of cinnamon to 1/2 glass of cold milk, and put the coffee cubes as you like. Your iced coffee is ready!

As you need to consume this delicious drink immediately, we recommend you to prepare it for 1 glass. First, mix the pineapple with milk by using a blender. Then, pour it in a glass with ice, and add coconut or cinnamon inside. Your pineapple milk is ready!

  • Cold melon
  • 1 Tbsp. of lemon juice

Slice the cold refrigerated melon, and mix it with 1 tbsp. of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey by using a blender. Pour the melon puree in the ice trays. After freezing, put 5 melon ice cubes in 1/2 glass of water. Your drink is ready, enjoy!

  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 glass of granulated sugar
  • 3 lemons
  • 1.5 liters of boiled water

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. After cooling it for a while, keep it refrigerated for 1 day. Then, you can strain it into a clean jug and enjoy!
