11 GOLDEN RULES TO BE A FAVOURITE PERSON AT WORKPLACE

Everybody wishes they become a favourite person in business life.  You may be an esteemed person in your business life if you read at the continued part of this letter answers to questions such as what to do for become a favourite person at workplace, what to pay attention for setting correct communication with people, how to do nervous control.

 

Be Honest!

One of the golden rules is to be honest, which should be paid utmost attention both in your business life and rest of your life.  In so far as you did not make concessions about your honesty, you may gain confidence of your all team friends and enable them to receive any assistance from you.  Never forget that your image would greatly collapse in case of any lie said and unsafe situation occurred, and never apply to say lie on any matter. 

 

Develop Empathy!

Even if failure to develop empathy is considered as a contemporary disease, try to replace yourself with counter party and to give responses accordingly.  You may understand roots of problem and make healthier communication and eliminate any problem if you try to understand what counter party felt and why he exhibited such behaviours.

 

Give Clear and Cool Responses to Questions!

If you are permanently needed at workplace and every body is obliged to come to you even in any small business, you should act absolutely cool. You may be lovely and an esteemed person among employees if you gave clear and cool responses to any questions. Be Tolerant!

Being tolerant serves an individual to be esteemed at workplace.  It is very natural situation especially if new beginners encountered with possible troubles or committed a wrong action in business life.  In place of focusing on remedy of any question, to shout by uttering heavy words about counter party shall be a wrong attitude.  You should be remedy-oriented and never forget that counter party is an adult person. 

 

Never Ignore to Apologise!

Even if apology is considered today evidence of impotency, you should remove this idea from your mind and do not ignore to apologise when you recognized a defect.  In case you exhibited an attitude such as disagreement and attacked around you in place of making apology, you should remember that nobody shall feel any respect about you. ,

 

Be Neutral!

You should be absolutely neutral and make choice towards truth even if counter groups are your friend or your relatives and even if the issue is not involved in you.  Making speeches in favour of unfair persons in place of just ones or exhibiting such an attitude set forth you are not fair. 

 

Do not Say Rumour!

An esteemed, reliable and successful person does not say rumour and do not speak any thing behind an individual not present there.  You should talk nothing about individuals who are employed at your office or daily life.  Otherwise, consider that any rumour shall come out at the end and consequentially keep your reliability.

You had better being polite as a principle not only at your workplace but also at every moment of your daily life.  Always regulate your voice tone and never shout to suppress voice of counter party.  Always listen to counter party and entitle them to say whatever they wished. 

 

Be Cheerful!

It would assist you to become more sympathetic if you smile in consideration of any question asked and when you encountered with anybody.  It prevents people from hesitating about you and ensures you to establish good communication.

 

Do not Abstain From!

You should implement any word you must say or any work to do with no hesitation and you should absolutely take safe steps.  Even if you are very successful about agenda you would talk about at the meeting, if you abstain from anything, it leads them to pay their attention to you.
