When we have to spend more time in our homes than before, many of you have enjoyed spending time in the kitchen like us. It is possible to spend time and stress by making nice meals and desserts. 9 tablespoons of semolina

9 tablespoons of granulated sugar

1-litre milk

1 packet of vanilla

1 tablespoon butter

 

Preparation: Take milk in a deep saucepan, add semolina and sugar. Stir constantly, and mix until boiling. When it starts to boil, lower the heat, add the butter and vanilla. Stir and cover. Materials:

2 cups semolina

100 grams of butter

1 teacup of oil

1 tablespoon of pine nuts

1 tablespoon walnut

2 cups of milk

2 cups of water

1.5 cups of granulated sugar

75 grams of walnut

 

Preparation: Take water, milk, powdered sugar in a pot and turn on the bottom of the stove. Mix until sugar dissolves, take from the stove before boiling, set aside. Pour the oil into the non-stick pan, put the peanuts and walnuts and stir for 5 minutes. Take water, milk, powdered sugar in the pot and turn on the stove. Mix until sugar dissolves, remove from the stove without boiling, set aside. Pour the oil into the non-stick pan, throw the peanuts and walnuts and stir for 5 minutes. Then add the semolina. After pouring the oil, continue stirring until it is caramelized. Turn off the hob and slowly add the sherbet on the edge to the semolina. Materials:

500 grams of wire kadayıf

3 tablespoons of butter

1 cup of crushed walnuts

 

For the custard:

1-litre milk

3 tablespoons flour

3 tablespoons starch

1 cup of granulated sugar

1 egg yolk

1 pack of cream

 

Preparation: Melt the butter in a large frying pan, add the kadayif and powdered sugar on it and fry it. Then, remove it from the stove. Add milk, flour, starch, sugar and yolk to a deep pot for the custard; Cook on medium heat, stir until it thickens. After the custard is tempered, remove it from the stove. Add 1 pack of cream to the cooled custard and beat with a mixer. For service, put the kadayıf mixture on the base of the cups and add the custard on it. Firin Sutlac (Rice Pudding On Oven)

Firin Sutlac is one of the most beloved milk desserts. It is an easy to prepare dessert that you can choose both in Ramadan and your daily meals. Here is the recipe:

 

Materials:

5 cups of milk

1 cup of granulated sugar

1 cup of boiled rice

1 egg yolk

2 tablespoons of wheat starch

2 cups of water

1 pack of vanillin

 

Preparation: Put milk and sugar in a large pot. Take it to the stove after whisking, let boil over low heat. Boil the washed rice in a separate pot until it drains. Add the vanillin to the milk mixture. Take the boiled rice from the stove and add it to the boiling milk mixture for 1-2 minutes. Put the egg yolk, starch and water in another container and mix. Take a piece of the milk mixture and add it to this mixture. Then add this to your rice pudding pot. Put the rice pudding into the stew pot. Put the rice pudding bowls on the baking tray. Add cold water to the tray halfway through the containers. Bake in preheated 200-degree oven for 15 minutes. Bon Appetit!

 

Lokma dessert

Let's talk about delicious or sherbet sweets. Here is the traditional bite-sweet recipe that will sweeten your mouth:

 

Materials:

3.5 cups of flour

2 cups of warm water

1 pack of dry yeast

1 tablespoon of granulated sugar

2.5 cups sunflower oil

 

For the syrup:

2 cups of granulated sugar

1.5 cups of water

3-4 drops of lemon juice

 

Preparation: Put the flour in a large bowl, add dry yeast, granulated sugar in the middle. Knead by adding warm water. After obtaining a slick dough, cover it and ferment for 1 hour. For the sherbet, add the granulated sugar, water and lemon juice into the pan. When it boils, remove it from the stove and let it cool. Cut small balls of fermented dough and fry in hot oil. Throw the bite into the cold syrup. Keep in sherbet for about 10 seconds. You can serve it by adding cinnamon on it. Bon Appetit!

 

Pumpkin dessert

The most beautiful form of pumpkin, which is a very healthy vegetable due to its fibrous structure, is pumpkin dessert! You can consume this wonderful dessert with tahini, cream or ice cream. Here is the recipe:

 

Materials:

1 kg of pumpkin

1 cup of granulated sugar

1 cup of walnuts

1 clove

 

Preparation: Peel the pumpkin in such a way to get the green and hard parts. Then slice and cut into two fingers thick. Place in the pot after washing in water. Add granulated sugar and cloves on it. Leave to wait like this from the night. Cook the zucchinis, which release the juice, then 50 minutes on low-medium heat. Take the water to the service plate after it has been completely absorbed. Materials:

1 egg

1 teacup of oil

1 tea glass of yoghurt

1 cup grits

1 packet of vanilla

1 packet of baking powder

1 cup of flour

 

For the syrup:

3 cups of water

3 cups of granulated sugar

1 teaspoon of lemon juice

 

Preparation: Take eggs and oil in a bowl. Add the yoghurt, add semolina, vanilla and baking powder on it. Add flour gradually and mix. After obtaining a dough that does not stick to the hand, take balls of walnut size and place them on the baking tray with baking paper. Bake in a 180-degree oven for 25 minutes. When the dessert is hot, roll it over the syrup you have prepared and cooled. Spread the syrup, sprinkle with coconut and serve. Bon Appetit!

 

Keşkül

Keşkül is one of the desserts that have survived to the present day from the Ottoman cuisine. Keşkül is both low-calorie, delicious and very practical! Here is the recipe:

 

Materials:

1-litre milk

Half a cup of granulated sugar

3 tablespoons of rice flour

1 tea glass of powdered almonds

12 almonds

1 tablespoon of netted pistachios

 

Preparation: Put the granulated sugar, rice flour and powdered almond in the pot. Add milk and mix well. Cook on low heat, stirring until it thickens. When it comes to cream consistency, remove it from the stove. Put the cooked monk into the serving plates. Take it to the refrigerator after it cools down. Güllaç

Güllaç

Identified with Ramadan tables, Güllaç is prepared and consumed by its fans every month of the year. Because it is very light and very tasty! Here is the recipe:

 

Materials:

12 rose petals

3 litres of milk

3 cups of granulated sugar

1 pack of vanillin

2 cups of walnut

 

For the top:

8 strawberries

8 fresh mint leaves

4 tablespoons of powdered pistachios

4 tablespoons of walnut

 

Preparation: Put the milk in the pot and add the sugar on top. After adding the vanillin, stir until the sugar melts over medium heat. When the milk is warm enough to burn your hand, remove it from the stove. Chop the walnuts with a knife, large and small. Add a little warm milk to the container you will prepare the Güllaçi. Add rose leaves on it. Place the remaining leaves, after all, is well wetted. After waiting for the rose leaves to suck the milk for 5 minutes, pour the walnuts abundantly and soak the remaining rose tea leaves on it. After waiting for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator, serve with strawberries, walnuts and pistachios and serve. Bon Appetit!

 

Vezirparmağı

One of our traditional desserts, Vezirparmağı is an easy-to-prepare, delicious and mouth-sweet flavour! Here is the recipe:

 

Materials:

100 grams of butter

1 egg

Half a glass of oil

Half a glass of yoghurt

1 packet of baking powder

1 packet of vanilla

2 cups of flour

1 cup grits

 

For the syrup:

2 cups of granulated sugar

2.5 cups of water

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

 

Preparation: First of all, add sugar, water and lemon juice to a pot and boil and remove from the stove. Leave the prepared sherbet on one side. Put butter, oil, eggs and yoghurt in a bowl and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients to get a medium soft dough. Cut walnut-sized pieces from the dough and give it a shape of a finger, place it in semolina and place it on the tray. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 25 minutes. After resting for 5 minutes, pour the syrup on it. You can consume it after resting. Bon Appetit!
