10 DISHES FROM THE LEGENDARY HATAY CUISINE

Hatay... We start to feel hungry even with the mention of the city’s name.  Because Hatay is the richest city in our country in terms of regional flavors. Hatay cuisine is so special that it attracts attention not only in our country but also from many parts of the world. For this reason, we brought together some examples of the legendary flavors of this beautiful city, which was named Antioch in the Roman times and was included to our borders in 1938. Here are 10 dishes which will work your appetite as you read!
